Knowing What’s Worth Paying For in Vitamins
It is incredible to believe that many people use vitamins without a real necessity. In many cases people prefer to use vitamins which carry out the name of important marks.
It is important too that you talk to your doctor about what added vitamins or minerals you might require; you can ask for a blood test to learn what you might be lacking in order to save money.
The vitamins are important for our health in order that all functions in the body and not matter where the vitamins come from. You can get the vitamins in food and the natural sources for example if you have a good and balanced diet with all elements you don’t need to add more vitamins.
Sometimes we like to use vitamins that come from a known and famous laboratory or brand but we don’t know that all the vitamins are quality and has the same ingredients in that reason price may not mean quality because nobody can be sure that all the ingredients are in the correctly amount and the ingredients that you have to use have the real amount of vitamins.
Nowadays we can realize that many people in the world specially in US are using multivitamins but they don’t know that we can find all vitamins in the same food that we eat, all the necessities depend of many factors. And it is unnecessary to use vitamins if you have good food habits and do excercises.
I really liked this text because the information that I found in this article taken from the New York Times confirm my ideas that the vitamins are necessaries but if we don’t have any problem related of lacking, the consumed vitamins, could save money and avoiding the ingestion of unnecessary amount of vitamins.

I want to say the wonderful year is a good program, and when I was a little boy I used to watch. My brothers really liked it and they with their friends used to watch it.
The wonderful year is a story about a boy called Kevin Arnold who has to face the life through different steps and ways of the life.
This program started on air in 1988 and finished in 1993. the main character of The Wonder Years are Fred Savage as Kevin, Dan Lauria as Jack Arnold, Alley Mills as Norma Arnold, Olivia d Abo as Karen, Jason Harvey as Wayne Arnold, Dannica Mackellar as Winnie, Josh Saviano as Paul.
I really like to watch after many time this program because it reminds something about my childhood.
In this chapter Kevin Arnold is in the class, the teacher want to call Kevin to response something about specific questions. The time is very long and it is running slow on the clock and Kevin can not believe it, suddenly something happens, the Parent’s Kevin arrived to the school in order to visit him. The Kevin parents asked him how it was, but Kevin say that It was very good. For a good cake was Kevin invited by his Parents, they said the congratulations to Kevin but he know that he didn’t t do anything to response in the class about the driving license.
After all good time, Kevin in his bed couldn’t sleep and dream so he decided to catch the car without permission. He woke up and stood up in order to get in the car and to drive it. But something was wrong; he didn’t know how to drive.
This chapter is really good because it can teach us about something that happen in our life for example when we are child and we can not do something about our learning in any subject and our Parents or friends are expect to watch us in order to say us ¡congratulations¡ you did it¡

THE VALLEY OF THE SPIDERS

This story was really interesting because when I read the title I couldn’t imagine how the story was going to be.
First of all the title of the text is very attractive for young readers and dreamer readers, like me, I think the Valley of Spiders is like El Quixote adapted in a different context with different characters but the adventures that have to live The Master, the little white man and the captain that they were the main characters in this text.
The story starts with three people rounding a valley looking for some people who they want to find. They were very enthusiastic to get the place where they possibly could find the known people.
They were looking for the missing people but they weren’t secured that they were doing the well, because in the field there were many hills and the rocky mountains made it difficult to move very quickly.
The three people were riding in some white horses. They weren’t walking and riding four days without any food to eat just only a piece of meat.
Suddenly a weirdo animal was appearing in the sky, it was a big wild dog. This animal was in disposition to attack but fortunately disappear in the field. Later the three people continued the trip looking for their staffs and a big mass of spike were approaching to involve them. After that they could hear a jewelling from a wild pig.
And a group deer appeared too behind of them but they were lucky because many things that were appearearing couldn’t attack them in their traveling to look for the people.
Finally a web of spider was in the middle of the fild and made many troubles to them.
They couldn’t see perfectly the valley and the spider were in the direction of them.
The little man can escape from the spider s webs and he can to rest in a hidden rocky place.
The story mix many adventures and dangerous situation that the three people could to face, but they were not happy that these troubles were appearing in his challenge.
I like this story and I hope you can read with a good cup of coffee in beautiful night

THE RELATIONSHIP MAY CHANGE IF WE WANT IT

It is clear that relationship of Colombia and Venezuela aren’t the good, but our countries need to overcome the distances and to have a good relation in trades because nowadays is an important aspects for all countries in the world
Ambassador Gustavo Marquez told Cali newspaper El Pais that he can not rule out that the U.S. plan to attack Venezuela. The ambassador said Venezuela had no plans to attack anyone.
The ambassadors don’t believe that the relationship will be good after all, because Venezuela is not satisfied by the negotiation between Colombia and United States in order to use army basis in the boundary with the other countries.
Colombia has made trough the years many deals with Venezuela and now we are having a bad time and the winds of changing could not appear the next years.
If we consider like brother countries we can change the situation we have to keep in mind that we can not depend just only of the both presidents because we have a long tradition and good relationship so long ago. And if we see our countries don’t need the help to the others that dont belong to Latin America.
Our problems we have to fix with our people and in this reason is good that both president sit down in order to made good relation in all aspect, politic, economical and cultural.
It is time to change we don’t have to wait any more time, we need the best for theses countries and the time can get better if all put our hands in order to overcome the crisis.
Venezuela and Colombia have many similarities and we don’t have to give up all that we had made trough the time.
We hope that this incident make us in our minds that we need to make a confidence and to recover the wonderful time between Colombia and Venezuela.

THE OVERWEIGHT MAKES A BIG DEBATE IN US

In US many people are overweight but they don’t do anything to recover their healthy life. This factor has increased the last decade.
Heavier Americans are pushing back now with newfound vigor in the policy debate, lobbying legislators and trying to move public opinion to recognize their point of view: that thin does not necessarily equal fit, and that people can be healthy at any size.
Extra weight brings with it an increased risk of chronic disease, medical experts say, and heavier people tend to have medical costs that are substantially higher than their leaner counterparts. As a result, Congress of United States is considering proposals in the effort to overhaul health care that would make it easier for employers to use financial rewards or penalties to promote healthy behavior by employees, like weight loss.
If it results it will be a low to do something to protect the health of the American people but there are a lot of groups that are defending the fat people in many debates in the congress.
It is difficult to put this king of regulation but is necessary to do some agreement in order to be conscientious of loss weight.
Any way the health is a topic which matters own people but everybody has to do the effort to make the life healthy.

METALLICA IN COLOMBIA

This legendary band possibly comes by second time in our country. Colombia has received many bands the last two years that increase the fans and the motivation to go and to listen them playing in our territory.
It is good to hear and to read about that Metallica the legendary band will be in Colombia, this affirmation appeared on Terra news.
This band is an American heavy metal band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1981. Founded when drummer Lars Ulrich posted an advertisement in a local newspaper, Metallica has primarily consisted of Ulrich, rhythm guitarist and vocalist James Hatfield, while going through a number of bassists.
For me I don’t like to hear so much this kind of music but sometime is good to hear about other rhythms, sounds and groups that are making good works with their music, sounds and are very important for the musical context in the world.
Colombia is a good country to visit, that is the reason why the important bands are coming to our country and we hope that many other bands and different music come from the Asia, Europe, in order to interchange music and share a good concerts with their music.
It is a honor to receive by second time this band between ten years. And we hope too that our musical group have successful.

This story I found in the English library. When I started to read the text I was getting closer into the deep story.
I like the stories which have amazing topics like and this is not the exception because when I watched the image I really liked it.
The story is about two little boys who every day go out to swim in the near beach.
They are a good sportive boys and they used to face themselves. Martin the older brother always ret his brother Sam to know who is the strongest. Sam is very shy and he doesn’t like the words from his brother.
One day the both boys found a hole in a small beach near to the inside sea.
The hole looked like very mystery and interesting in order to look for new way of competence to them.
The next morning the boys were over there and swan into the deep hole, both were fighting to be the best swimmer in that occasion but unfortunately the intriguing story started here.
I hope you read this text in the library, I really like not only the image I like too the whole story, the reactions of the stars and one can learn more values with this beautiful story.
The places which are in this story made me feel in a good context and I can feel the environment of this story in my life. The “Pink Rock” is a good name to describe the place where this story began. If you are good to draw practice with this name and make your own adventure.

The heroes of this story Langdon and Victory want to discover what is happening and they start the searching. The camerlengo helps them in the searching because he was closer to the dead pope.
Many places and location to watch offers this movie and I think we are going to know aspects related to catholic, illuminati to understand the sects and the religious art are in this good movie to impression our eyes with its multiples varieties.
If you are the people who like intriguing stories this film can give you details like us spy, truth, competence, and science. And we don’t have to forget the starring of Tom, it could be very serious but it is a good facet to now about him, always showing a mystery sight in his stories.

It is a sitcom aired by ABC that shows two typical families in America with funny scenes.
The show starred Faith ford as Hope Shanowski and Kelly Ripa as Faith Fairfield.
Hope is a homemaker with a husband and three children. Hope is the matriarch of the family. She is usually the most sensible one, and is always reluctant to go along with her sister's schemes. She is married to Charley and has three kids, Sydney, Haley, and Justin. She likes to bake and garden, and eventually has her own catering business.
Faith is Hope's celebrity sister. She was on Star Search, and starred as Ashley Storm and has an evil twin Angela on the fictional soap opera. Faith is lazy, and makes Hope wait on her. She always hatches a scheme and involves her sister. She has tried many times to get an acting job, but always fails.
We can see that this series a typical relationship between a quite family and a stressful family, we can see Faith always trying to do the best, but she doesn’t have the intelligent to do something well. Instead, of Hope, the sister’s Faith is always facing the troubles in her family with a lot responsibility, and she doesn’t show his feelings, but she loves so much her family.
In the first episode we can see the both family interacting and this chapter show how are the two families.
Just only in the presentation Faith shows her personality, looking for to be the most beauty and attractive women in this program, she does something in order to receive all sights and she likes to talk about just only tv programs
Hope is very nice woman who wants to stay at home preparing the meal for her husband and her sons. Some time she has to be strict with her children in order to control all situations in her family.

When we watch a film which tries new topics and tries new ideas is amazing and it is difficult to put in practice a sequence in a relationship like in this film, the director does it well. I have watched twice this film and I think everyday we can find the link in the entire story.
This story starts when the Doctor Kate Forster left her job in the outskirts in Illinois in order to work in a hospital in Chicago. This moment is very difficult to her because she loves the place where she lives. The house is pretty and it is very nice, this house is so far from the center where she can enjoy and relax all time with herself, family, and friends. It’s a good place where she can feel totally free.
When she goes out the city, she writes a note and put the paper in the mailbox to the next guest that is coming to live in the house, she hopes that person answers the signs next to the door that she saw when she arrived there to live at the first time.
The new visitor comes to the house in the lake. The new person looks the house and realizes that the house needs to be fix and paint, and the garden with a lot bushes, and he doesn’t find the signs.
He couldn’t pay attention to Kate s note until few days after, while he paints the path, He can see a dog walking on the painted surface and the dog goes into the house leaving signs exactly where she told that the signs probably would be there.
He couldn’t believe it, and quickly he writes her talking about how she can know the signs done by the dog and telling her that before he came there nobody lived there.
Kate that has just left the house and she thinks that he is kidding and she quickly answers him discovering that he is communicating to her with two years ago.
During many occasion Kate writes him and he answer her how the things are going and how is the life without her and she goes to the mailbox to put the mail and waiting what is going on.
The final of this movie is really good, I think nobody expects that, but the love is the only reason to wait at the end.

PREPAID COLLEGE SAVINGS PLANS MIGHT NOT COVER ALL COST





According to the news the economy of funds in United states has changed but it doesn’t go well. For example in the last two decades people around the US have invested in stale funds without care how it was increasing.
But in the last year, the stock market slump and rising college cost have combined to drive all two fund to saving plans, but now they are in red. It means not so good for the funds.
The losses have forced some programs, like Pennsylvania’s and Washington’s, to impose new and higher fees.
“I think ultimately more and more of these plans are going to close down to new investments,” said Mark Kantrowitz, the founder and publisher of FinAid.org
“Every time there’s a significant market downturn.
There are many families that have received help from the funds from the 18 state funds
Not every state fully guarantees its prepaid funds. Only five states offer a “full faith and credit” of the state guarantee, and seven are required by law to consider helping the funds out if need be.
All of the funds but Florida’s and Colorado’s now have an actuarial deficit, meaning they do not have enough money to pay all of their future college tuition obligations. Most are only about 80 percent to 90 percent funded. .
Carol M. Perdue was troubled by a letter she got from Alabama’s treasurer this summer that said the state’s prepaid program had lost about 50 percent of its assets in the stock market. She is suing to force the state to put money into the fund to make up for the losses.
Many states, aware of the allure of prepaid funds, are now keeping an eye on Texas, which opened a fund in the last year after closing another one in 2003 to new enrollments. The new fund shifts the burden of the guarantee from the state to the public university system. If the fund runs short, the universities agree to cover the difference between what is available and how much tuition is in the future. This is a strategy to try saved more found in the market.

I usually like to read about some problems related radiation and I think this report that I took from the internet is good for all people.
We have to know that we are exposed to minimal radiation everyday, according to this is important to recognice that our health is topic that I going to talk in this paper.
We have to now too that every country has a regutation of absortion rate or the one way of measuring the quantity or radio frecuency energy that we can receive in our body, it is in English RF, or SAR
Here we have an example for a phone to pass FCC certification (this is in United States) its maximum level must be less than 1.6 watts per kilogram, in Europe the level is capped at 2 watt per Kilogram while Canada allow a maximum of 1.6 SAR level measured whit the phone.
The listed in this text represent the highest SAR level measured whith the phone next to the ear. It was a study carry out by FCC. We have to keep in mind that it is possible that the level varies according to the transmission bands
It is for this reason that we have differents level in our body, it is for the models of the same phone.

Violence is not a problem for this series but the language is not good for kids.
Teenager can enjoy this programme and adult too.
I have never watched this programme, and I have never hear about sitcom, but when I look for in YouTube I really liked it.
I started to watch this TV show at the five season of this series. Ted standing in the middle of a classroom although the mother was present, it turned out not to be the architecture class he would consistently teach, but instead an economics class.
The episode first of this season starts with one of the star called ted who has the first class as a teacher in a university, so he dreams that he is a teacher and one of his students ask something, Ted can not imagine that he is in front his students, a girl ask” What the hell are you thinking you are” and a rain of question make ted crazy, when he want to answer he awake in his bed with his friend next to him. He cannot imagine but his friend is just kidding. Ted says to his friend that the dream was awful. His friend tries to calm down.
The next day of his friend talk about ted feeling and what‘s happening to him.
Suddenly a man appeared in the scenery and this new man can make a date with one of the Ted s friend, a woman called Cobie. This new couple goes to hockey stadium when suddenly Ted s friend appears and hit he face of new man. From this parte the story gets better and many things occur, turning it exciting.
I really like it, it is a funny sitcom and I want to watch all episodes of this TV show.

XMEN ORIGENS: Wolverine

The xmen is a superhero film based on the Marvel comics characters of the same name. In this film there are a lot of important actors like Troye Sivan, Lieve Schriever Hugh jack man, Patrick Stewart. This film introduces wolverine.
The xmen origins, Wolverine:
The film focuses on the violent past of the mutant Wolverine and his relationship with his half-brother Victor. It also details the early encounter of wolverine with the Colonel
William .The story stars with the young James who saw his father killed by groundkeeper Thomas Logan. This situation was a trauma how activates the boy s mutation with a bones made of adamantium during the weapon programs. James kills Logan. Logan tells James that the real father of him. , the abused son of Thomas Logan who is thus James' brother called victor, both spend the next century as soldiers, putting their violent urges and skills to use by fighting as US soldiers in the civil war, both World War and the the Vietnam War. In Vietnam, Victor kills a superior officer after when he comes to stop Victor from raping a local villager. Despite his clear objections to Victor's actions, James defends his brother, and the two are sentenced to execution by firing squad, and they survive, the Major William approaches the two men and he offers them to be the member in Xmen Team, a group of mutants inc luiring maskman Agent Zero, the mercenary Wilson, the teleporter Wraith, the invincible Dukes and the electro kinetic Bradley. The action of this group for the disaggregation of life doesn’t go with the ideas of James and he decides to leave the team. Six years later, James with his girlfriend, Kayla goes to Canada. Colonel Stryker locates Logan and warns him that someone is killing members of the team, as both Wilson and Bradley are dead. Victor murders Kayla and beats Logan. Stryker offers Logan a way to beat Victor. Logan follows an operation to reinforce his skeleton with adamantium, a virtually indestructible metal. Before the procedure, Logan asks for new dogs tags inscribed with "Wolverine"-- based on a story that Kayla told him. Once the procedure is successfully completed, Stryker orders Logan's memory to be erased, but Logan overhears thanks to his supernatural hearing and fights his way out, with former team member Zero tracking him. Logan takes refuge. the next day Zero murders the couple and attacks Logan with a helicopter Victor kills Wraith and takes a sample of his blood for Stryker, Logan attacks Victor and, with his enhanced strength, almost kills him. However, Gambit interrupts the fight, allowing Victor to escape.
Stryker activates his Weapon XI, a "mutant killer" super-soldier with the abilities of other mutants. Logan holds Weapon XI off while the escaped mutants flee. The mutants escape through the facility's tunnels, guided by a young blinded Scott Summers who is following a voice in his head. The party is greeted by Professor Charles Xavier, who offers them shelter at his school. Kayla, mortally wounded in the escape, decides to stay. Logan lures Weapon XI to fight on top of one of the plant's cooling towers, where he is almost killed until Victor arrives. Together, they battle Weapon XI and manage to decapitate him. Victor then departs, vowing to one day finish what they have started, and Logan is saved from the collapsing tower by Gambit. As Logan carries Kayla to safety, Stryker shoots Logan in the forehead with adamantium bullets, rendering him unconscious. Silver fox uses her powers of persuasion to order Stryker to keep walking till his feet bleed and then continue walking, before dying from her injuries. Gambit returns, but the brain damage causes Logan not to remember anything. As the police and ambulances arrive, Gambit tries to convince Logan to come with him, but he declines, wanting to go his own way. Gambit and Logan run opposite ways as the emergency vehicles respond to the devastated cooling tower.

The Mith of Perseus

When i was a child i used to read about history, and greek mith, i dont remember exactly but when i found this story on internet but when i saw it i decided to read with passion.
I like the mith of perseus and i want to give a summary ot the text publicaded on internet. We have to say that the image of Perseus are always in my mind and couldnt understand how did it take me back in my childhood.
Well, i want to make a start with the begining of the story:
There were two twin brothers Proteus and Acrisius who took turns ruling a kingdom until Proteus lay with Acrisius's sister after which Proteus fled. Proteus married Anteia.
The story begins when Acrisius asked an oracle how to have a son. The priestess told him he would never have a son, and that his grandson would someday kill him. The only way to get rid of was to kill him. A bad situation appeared in Acrisius life because the priest told him he would never have a son, and that his grandson would someday kill him.
When Acrisius discovered Perseus, Danae told him that Zeus was his father but it sounded very rare to believe and Perseus didn t believe but he liked to resepct the gods. So Acrisius decided to put Perseus and his wife in a table whin let him be far from them in the ocean. They were washed up on a island named Seriphos among many islands. After that they appareared in the island, a kind fisherman named Dictys ("net") found the chest where mother and son were put, opened it and found them still alive. Dictus and his kind wife had no children and took them home and cared for both of them. After a timePerseus grewn up.
Dictys' brother, Polydectes, was the local king, who fell in love with the still very beautiful Danae.( The Perseus’ s Mother).
Dictys put a plan in order to get rid of Perseus and said that if somebody could take him a bigger gift he let Danae. And he proposed a plan to get marriage Danae in the way that who gives a good gift he let Danae free.
Perseus didn tell his mother what he was thinking to do. He decided to look for a gift diferent and more interesting for the king, it was the Medusa Head.
He met a man carrying a wand of gold with wings at one end, wearing a winged hat and winged sandal . They were very old and withered, and had only one eye.
He received help from Hermes who gave him a lot way to find the Medusas, Perseus got tools and army to fight with the Gorgonas’ s Sisters, then he achieved to find the Three sisters and the Medusas. After that he cut the Medusa Head and turned Atlas like a stone.
He came back to island and Dicties couldnt believe that Perseus could bring the Medusa head. Perseus made the goal, that was avoid his mother get married with Dicties.
