It is incredible to believe that many people use vitamins without a real necessity. In many cases people prefer to use vitamins which carry out the name of important marks.
It is important too that you talk to your doctor about what added vitamins or minerals you might require; you can ask for a blood test to learn what you might be lacking in order to save money.
The vitamins are important for our health in order that all functions in the body and not matter where the vitamins come from. You can get the vitamins in food and the natural sources for example if you have a good and balanced diet with all elements you don’t need to add more vitamins.
Sometimes we like to use vitamins that come from a known and famous laboratory or brand but we don’t know that all the vitamins are quality and has the same ingredients in that reason price may not mean quality because nobody can be sure that all the ingredients are in the correctly amount and the ingredients that you have to use have the real amount of vitamins.
Nowadays we can realize that many people in the world specially in US are using multivitamins but they don’t know that we can find all vitamins in the same food that we eat, all the necessities depend of many factors. And it is unnecessary to use vitamins if you have good food habits and do excercises.
I really liked this text because the information that I found in this article taken from the New York Times confirm my ideas that the vitamins are necessaries but if we don’t have any problem related of lacking, the consumed vitamins, could save money and avoiding the ingestion of unnecessary amount of vitamins.
