It is clear that every day we are walking without think what is happening with our feet. In this report we can find some questions that we can make ourselves in order to maintain our feet healthy. It is normal that we consider old people can get faster pain in the feet but it is not right. According to the study that was made in United States, the foot pain is a consequence of not protect our feet and not to take preventive actions.
People say that it is more common in old people but they do not why it comes from. The force on your feet is about 120 percent of your weight according to the study that was carried out by the American Podiatric Medical Association.
On average, people develop pain in their 60s, but it can start as early as the 20s and 30s. Yet, except for women who get regular pedicures, most people don’t take much care of their feet.The following questions will help you assess whether you should take more preventive action as you age

Do you wear high heels? Heels contribute to hammertoes, as well as toenail problems
Do your feet ever see the light of the day? Fungus thrives in a warm, and it is a good environment
Do you walk? Put more mileage but try to use a good snicker to walk.
